Yes! New Zealand uses the same 35×45mm size for both passport and visa photos. If you have a recent passport photo, you can use it for your visa application too.

For online applications, you only need 1 digital photo. If applying via paper form (rare), you may need 2 printed photos. We recommend keeping digital copies for future applications.
If your existing photo is 35×45mm with a white/grey background and was taken within the last 6 months, it should work. However, some countries use different sizes (like the US 2×2 inch), so always check or create a new NZ-specific photo.
