VisaPicPro is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to create passport and visa photos. The Service processes images entirely within the user's web browser, and no images are transmitted to or stored on our servers.

• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Ensure your passport photos meet official government requirements
• Verify photo specifications with relevant authorities before submission
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Service

While we strive to provide accurate photo specifications for various countries, requirements may change without notice. Users are solely responsible for verifying that their photos meet current official requirements. We recommend checking with the relevant embassy, consulate, or government agency before using photos for official documents.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT PHOTOS CREATED USING THIS SERVICE WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY OR AUTHORITY.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VisaPicPro, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

8. Free and Pro Service

VisaPicPro includes a free daily standard single-photo download. Optional Pro plans unlock HD exports, print-ready sheets, and higher download limits. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements from third parties. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and such advertisers. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

13. Access Recovery

If a verified order is not reflected in the editor, users may contact support with the payment order ID. After confirming the transaction, we may provide a secure restore link for the correct plan. Users must keep restore links private and must not share, resell, or abuse access tokens. This protects legitimate users and keeps the service reliable.

14. Fair Use of the Service

Users should use the service for legitimate photo preparation and support requests. Automated abuse, repeated attempts to bypass limits, or actions that disrupt service availability may be blocked to protect normal users.
